Course duration: 4 days x 8-hour session

This course examines the relationship between communication and culture, and the ways in which diverse cultural perspectives affect individuals, groups, and organisations. The course is designed to increase the cross-cultural awareness and knowledge, as well as the ability to adapt communication behaviour and respond appropriately to cultural differences. Sessions consist of discussion, case analysis, experiential learning activities and presentations. This interactive course assists the participant to become a more effective presenter and be better prepared to assume a leadership role in a diverse and global context.

Dr. Richard Brunet-Thornton, FRSA, MIM, MBA, PhD is a member of the Department of Management, Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Economics, Prague. He is also Managing Director of the Cross-Cultural Management Centre and Executive Consultant of the Centre for Digital Transformation.
