Dr. Stanislav Háša, M.Sc. M.A. Ph.D.
Head of the Department of Management
Dr. Háša is a clinical psychologist and holds academic degrees from both Charles University and the University of Economics, Prague. Maintaining positions in both the academic and professional world, he blends both in his unique style of management. He is a member of numerous professional organisations both at the national and international level.
In parallel with his advanced studies, Dr. Háša has occupied numerous managerial posts in the field of HR Management counselling, mentoring, and leadership. As a clinical psychologist, his work in consultancies, as to promote well-being and coaching individuals to aspire to their goals. He is a management aficionado with additional interests in organisational trauma and intercultural relations. Dr. Háša is currently the Head of the Department of Management as well as an Executive member of the Cross-Cultural Management Centre (VŠE).
