Daniel Jesenský, Ph.D., MSc., MBA

Vice-prezident, POPAI Central Europe

Daniel has worked in marketing, POP and In-store marketing communications since 1993. Besides being managing partner in DAGO (a company oriented on providing in-store marketing solutions), he is also vice-president for the POPAI Central Europe association, a member of the prime committee of Czech Marketing Group and an executive board member of the Marketing Institute of Business Administration Department of the University of Economics in Prague.

In the past, he was president of POPAI CE, vice-chairman, and chairman of A3DR (Association of Three-Dimensional Advertisement). His focus in POPAI CE is in the field of in-store marketing science and research. He received diploma in Strategic Management from Nottingham Trent University/BIBS, diploma of International Marketing at the ESCEM (France) and completed his Ph.D. at the Jyvaskyla University School of Business and Economics in Finland. Currently, he is a marketing lecturer certified by Czech Marketing Group and an external lecturer at the University of Economics, Prague and at Charles University. Daniel has written several scientific research articles and contributed as a co-author of numerous books, etc. <<POP; In-store Communication in Praxis>> released in 2009 by Grada Publishing.
